Sister Marilyn Belcher is an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International, having been ordained by Rev. Nathaniel A. Urshan on April 20, 1993. Sister Belcher holds a BS in Theology. She also is a registered Nurse. Sister Belcher has completed one basic unit of CPE for Hospital Chaplain.
